Zartari Silks is an Indian ethnic wear brand based in Pune, Maharashtra, founded in 2018 by Gaurav Bhagwat and Tejashree Bhagwat. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zartari Silks, and “you” refers to the user or customer.

We try to describe and photograph our sarees as accurately as possible. Because our products are often handwoven and screens vary, actual colour, texture and motif placement may differ slightly from images. Such natural variations are not defects.

Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or wrongly priced. In such cases you will receive a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, or incorrect information.

7. Payments, Shipping, Returns
